How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Once shipped, your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service for quick and reliable delivery.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
You have a 24-hour grace period after placing your order to make any changes, add items, or cancel your order. After that, the personalisation process begins, and changes may no longer be possible.

What if I made a mistake in my personalisation details?
If you notice an error in your personalisation details, simply email us with the correct information as soon as possible. We'll do our best to resolve the issue before your order goes into production.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on personalised items?
Due to the personalised nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
Can I see a proof of my design before it’s made?
To keep our prices affordable, we currently do not offer design proofs before production.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
